We are an adult condominium community association established in 2004. Our community consists of 62 units in 32 buildings on 55 acres enclosed in protected wetlands. We have our own state monitored pump house fed by two wells and managed by Hampstead Water. Our association is managed by Next Gen Property Management. We have a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Present-Elect, Treasurer and Secretary that oversee our buildings, common areas, and finances.

Not So Holly Jolly – If a Holly plant’s leaves are being nibbled by deer, it switches on genes that make the leaves spiky when they grow. So, on taller hollies, the upper leaves (which are out of a deer’s reach) are smooth, while the lower leaves are prickly.
