The slab units have a macerator pump with an alarm in the utility room of the unit. If the alarm goes off that means the macerator pump is not working. Do not run any water or flush toilets.
There is a circuit breaker for the pump in the same box outside that the sprinkler system circuit breaker is located.
Warning: When the sprinkler system is drained for the winter, it is easy to mistakenly turn off the macerator pump also.
Foundation Drain
These diagrams also indicate the location of the Foundation Drains. As the name implies, this drains water away from the foundation. It is identified as FD and runs underground from the corner of the foundation. It is a large white pipe exiting near the large boulders.
